Ordering takes three steps. We take payment by Interac e-Transfer only, which keeps checkout simple and avoids card fees.
1. Place your order
Add products to your cart, enter your shipping details and choose Interac e-Transfer at checkout. You’ll see your order number on screen and get it by email too.
2. Send your e-Transfer
- Send the exact order total to [email protected].
- Auto-deposit is on, so you don’t need to set a security question or password.
- Put your order number in the message field so we can match the payment.
- Your order stays on hold until the payment arrives.
3. We pack and ship
Once the payment is in, your order is packed and sent by express service. You’ll get a tracking number by email when the label is created.
Unpaid orders
If we haven’t received payment within 48 hours, the order may be cancelled automatically. Just place it again when you’re ready.
