This policy explains what personal information Peptide Factory Canada collects, why, and how we protect it, in line with Canada’s Personal Information Protection and Electronic Documents Act (PIPEDA).

- Order details: your name, shipping address, email address and phone number (if you give one), plus what you ordered.
- Payment details: the name and email on your Interac e-Transfer, used to match it to your order. We never see or store your banking login or card numbers.
- Website data: basic technical information such as IP address and browser type, collected by our hosting, security and site software.
Why we use it
- To process, ship and support your order.
- To send order confirmations, payment reminders and tracking emails.
- To protect the site from fraud and attacks.
- To meet legal, tax and accounting requirements.
We don’t sell your personal information, and we don’t send marketing emails unless you’ve opted in.
Who we share it with
Only the service providers we need to run the store: our web host, our shipping carriers (name and address only) and our email provider. Each gets only the information it needs.
How long we keep it
We keep order records for as long as tax and accounting rules require, generally up to seven years, and then delete them.
Your rights
