How do I pay?
By Interac e-Transfer only. After you check out, send the order total to [email protected] and include your order number in the message. Auto-deposit is on, so no security question is needed.
How long do I have to pay?
Please send your e-Transfer within 48 hours. Unpaid orders may be cancelled after that.
Do you take credit cards?
No. We take Interac e-Transfer only.
Can I cancel my order?
You can ask before it ships by emailing [email protected] with your order number. Whether an order can be cancelled is at Peptide Factory Canada’s discretion.
Do you offer refunds, returns or exchanges?
No. All sales are final. Because of the sensitive nature of research peptides and for quality-control reasons, we don’t accept returns or offer refunds or exchanges.
What if my order arrives damaged?
Email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and photos. We’ll review it, and any outcome is at our discretion.
Shipping
How much is shipping?
A flat $20 for express shipping, or free on orders of $250 and up.
Do you ship outside Canada?
No. We only ship to Canadian addresses.
Who can buy
Who can order from Peptide Factory Canada?
Adults (18+) who work in, or are training in, a relevant scientific field, buying for laboratory research only. You’ll be asked to confirm this when you enter the site and again at checkout.
What does “research use only” mean?
These products are sold only for laboratory and in-vitro research. They aren’t approved for human or veterinary use, and we can’t give dosing, usage or medical advice. See our Research Use Policy for details.
Products
How should products be stored?
Most lyophilized peptides keep best sealed at −20 °C and away from light. Once reconstituted, store them at 2–8 °C. Each product page lists its storage conditions.
What do I reconstitute with?
Most peptides are reconstituted with bacteriostatic water, and a few dissolve better in dilute acetic acid. Both are in our Lab Supplies section.
Can you tell me how to use a product?
No. We don’t give dosing or usage instructions for any product, because none of them are for use in people or animals.
