- Every order ships by an express service to Canadian addresses.
- Free express shipping on orders of $250 or more (before shipping).
- Orders under $250 pay a flat $20 express rate.
- We ship to Canadian addresses only.
When your order ships
Orders are packed and handed to the carrier after your e-Transfer has been received and the order has been processed. Processing time and carrier transit time are separate, and delivery dates are not guaranteed.
Tracking
You’ll get a tracking number by email once the shipping label is created. Carrier scans can take time to appear.
Shipping delays and carrier issues
Once an order is handed to the carrier, delivery is in the carrier’s hands. Peptide Factory Canada isn’t responsible for carrier delays, weather, customs or address errors. Please double-check your shipping address before you pay.
Returns, refunds and exchanges
All sales are final. Because of the sensitive nature of research peptides and for quality-control reasons, we do not offer refunds, returns or exchanges.
- Products can’t be returned, refunded or exchanged once an order has been placed and paid, including unopened items.
- We can’t accept returned products under any circumstances, because we can’t verify how they were stored or handled after they left us.
- Problems on arrival: if something arrives damaged or looks wrong, email [email protected] within 48 hours of delivery with your order number and clear photos. Peptide Factory Canada will review it, and any outcome is entirely at our discretion.
- Cancellations: you can ask to cancel an order before it ships. Whether it can be cancelled is up to Peptide Factory Canada.
All decisions about orders, cancellations and any remedy are made by Peptide Factory Canada and are final.
