Who may buy

Conditions of use

- Products won’t be used as, or in, any drug, food, natural health product, cosmetic, supplement or medical device.
- You won’t resell, relabel or market products for human or veterinary use.
- You’ll store, handle and dispose of products using proper laboratory safety practices and protective equipment.
- You’re responsible for knowing and following all federal, provincial and local laws that apply to buying, possessing, using and disposing of research materials.
Health Canada and regulatory status
- Our products are not approved or authorized by Health Canada for any human or veterinary use.
- They have no Drug Identification Number (DIN) or Natural Product Number (NPN), and they are not intended to diagnose, treat, cure or prevent any disease or condition.

Our right to refuse or cancel
Peptide Factory Canada may refuse, cancel or limit any order, at any time and at its sole discretion. That includes any order, message or review that mentions personal use, dosing, or human or animal administration, or where we have reason to believe these conditions won’t be followed. Customers who break this policy may be blocked from future orders.
