These terms apply to every visit to and every purchase from peptidefactorycanada.com (“Peptide Factory Canada”, “PFC”, “we”, “us”). By using this site or placing an order, you agree to these terms, our Research Use Policy and our Shipping & Returns policy.
1. Eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old and a working professional, researcher or student in a relevant scientific discipline, buying for legitimate laboratory research. We sell and ship only to Canadian addresses.
2. Research use only
All products are sold strictly for laboratory research. They are not for human or veterinary use and are not drugs, foods, natural health products, cosmetics, supplements or medical devices. You accept full responsibility for how you use, store and dispose of any product.
3. Regulatory status
Our products are not approved or authorized by Health Canada for human or veterinary use, and nothing on this site is medical advice. You’re responsible for complying with all laws that apply to you.
4. Buyer responsibilities
You confirm that the information you give us is accurate, that you’re qualified to handle research chemicals, and that you’ll follow our Research Use Policy. Misrepresenting yourself or your intended use is a breach of these terms.
5. Orders, pricing and cancellations
Prices are in Canadian dollars. We may correct pricing or listing errors, and refuse, limit or cancel any order, at any time and at our sole discretion. An order is accepted only once payment has been received and the order has shipped.
6. Payment
Payment is by Interac e-Transfer to [email protected]. Orders not paid within 48 hours may be cancelled.
7. All sales final
Because of the sensitive nature of research peptides and for quality-control reasons, all sales are final. We don’t offer refunds, returns or exchanges. Any issue with an order is reviewed by PFC, and any remedy is at our sole discretion.
8. Shipping and risk
Responsibility for products passes to you when we hand them to the carrier. We aren’t responsible for carrier delays, losses or address errors.
9. Payment disputes
Disputing or reversing a completed payment for an order that was shipped, without first contacting us, is a breach of these terms. We may refuse future orders from anyone who does so.
10. No warranties
Products are supplied for research “as is”. To the fullest extent the law allows, we make no warranty that a product is fit for any particular purpose, and we make no claims about its effects.
11. Limitation of liability
To the fullest extent the law allows, our total liability for any claim relating to an order is limited to the amount you paid for that order. We aren’t liable for indirect or consequential losses, or for any harm caused by using a product outside our Research Use Policy.
12. Indemnity
You agree to indemnify Peptide Factory Canada against any claims, losses and costs arising from your misuse of any product or your breach of these terms or the Research Use Policy.
13. PFC’s discretion
All decisions about orders, cancellations, eligibility and remedies are made by Peptide Factory Canada at its sole discretion and are final.
14. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of the Province of Ontario and the federal laws of Canada that apply there.
15. Changes
We may update these terms at any time. The version posted here when you place an order applies to that order.
