Description
Also called modified GRF (1-29), this is the first 29 amino acids of GHRH with four substitutions that resist enzymatic breakdown. It has no albumin-binding group.
Research context
Its short action makes it suited to studies of pulsatile GH release that mimic the natural GHRH pattern, often alongside a ghrelin-receptor agonist.
