Description
CJC-1295 with DAC is a modified 30-amino-acid GHRH analogue carrying a maleimide-lysine linker (the Drug Affinity Complex). The linker binds covalently to circulating albumin.
Research context
Albumin binding stretches its half-life from minutes to days in experimental models. That makes it the long-acting counterpart to CJC-1295 without DAC in studies of sustained GHRH-receptor activation.
